CAT UltraClass Wash
The Speedywash Australia team were awarded the design, procurement and installation package of a dedicated ultra-class HV wash down system, water treatment package and upgrade remote control upgrade package to two existing ultra-class HV wash down bays.
The facility formed part of an Expansion Project which required non process infrastructure expansion including tyre bays, works shops and heavy vehicle wash down facilities.
Global Wash entered the project at its inception as a design consultant to first deliver conceptual designs based on the RX upgrade basis of design and HAZOP phase of the project. The design phase allowed the client and operations to form part of the design team, essentially allowing the project to reach construction approval with stakeholder consent across all principals.
Construction was carried out under subcontract agreement and project managed by Speedywash Australia through to commissioning.
