Light Vehicle and Heavy Mining Equipment
The Global Wash team were awarded the design and procurement package of a dedicated vehicle and equipment wash facility to be located at a coal mining facility in the Hunter Valley.
The client required the presentation of a solution which would provide the facility with a complaint, fully automated wash bay for the purpose of heavy duty mud, weed and debris from all road registered vehicles. The life cycle of the facility is designed for life of mine operation exceed 30 years.
The wash bay provides a fully automated, chassis, wheel and full body wash and has been design with an optional exit road wash which will prevent drop mud/debris from building up on the exit road way. The water treatment facility is specifically designed to manage high volume weed see and heavy sediment prior to recirculation and reuse.
